affsafe.com is owned and operated by Twenty 20 Communications AB, registered in Sweden, with its registry office in Stockholm, Sweden. References to "AffSafe", "we", "us" or "the registry" mean Twenty 20 Communications AB.
2. Nature of the service
AffSafe publishes an independent directory of iGaming affiliate programs, ad networks and brands, together with community-sourced ratings and the Safe Mark certification standard.
Nothing on this website constitutes financial, legal or tax advice. Commercial decisions taken on the basis of information published here remain your own responsibility.
3. Ratings and reviews
Ratings are compiled from submissions by affiliates and media buyers and are recalculated periodically. Paid tiers never influence a score.
You may not submit reviews that are false, defamatory, automated or submitted on behalf of a competitor. We may remove or refuse any submission at our discretion.
4. Listings and the Safe Mark
Directory listing is free. Verification and Premium Safe Mark certification are annual paid services described on the pricing page.
The Safe Mark seal remains the property of Twenty 20 Communications AB and is licensed for display only while certification is valid. It may be suspended or withdrawn following a confirmed shaving finding or an unresolved payment dispute older than 60 days.
5. Third-party links
Outbound links to programs, ad networks and brands may be commercial. We are not responsible for the content, terms or conduct of third-party websites.
6. Responsible gambling
This site is intended for gambling industry professionals aged 18 or over. Gambling involves financial risk; play responsibly and seek help if it stops being entertainment.
7. Liability
The registry is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by Swedish law, Twenty 20 Communications AB excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and the courts of Stockholm have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
